Reservations are taken the day prior to travel between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Passengers will receive a pick-up time range called a "window."

For example, the scheduler may confirm that the pick-up window is from 8:50a.m. to 9:10a.m. The ACCESS vehicle will arrive anytime in the pick-up window, therefore passengers must be ready at the earliest time.

ACCESS Operates on a Schedule

Drivers cannot wait longer than five minutes, after arriving in the pick-up window, for a passenger. If the passenger is not in sight, the dispatcher will try to contact the passenger by phone before instructing the driver to proceed to the next stop.

Transfers Are Available to Camarillo or Santa Paula

ACCESS offers transfers to Camarillo Area Transit (CAT) and the Santa Paula Dial-A-Ride. We will make the arrangements for you with the other transit agency and will provide you with your pick-up information for both agencies. You may contact ACCESS up to 14 days in advance to make your transfer arrangement.

Did your travel plans change?

Please call ACCESS to cancel at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up window. This may help us provide a ride to someone else. View our Cancellation and No Show Policy.

Do you travel to / from the same destination at the same time every week?

You may request subscription service by contacting the GCT ACCESS scheduler. This type of service allows you to take regular trips without making and confirming reservations each time. Please note that subscription service is popular and space may be limited.
