NOTICE: INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES
NOTICE IS GIVEN that GOLD COAST AREA TRANSIT (GCT) will receive sealed bids for JANITORIAL SERVICES per specifications on file at the Office of the General Manager, 301 East Third Street, 93030. Parties interested in obtaining a copy of this solicitation may call Juan De La Rosa, Assistant Buyer, at (805) 483-3959, ext. 123, or fax their request to (805) 487-3532 to the attention of Juan De La Rosa, Assistant Buyer, and include the firm’s name, address, phone and fax numbers and name of contact.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. PST on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at the GCT facility at 301 East Third Street, Oxnard, CA 93030 (entrance is on Garfield St.). Bids from firms not represented at the pre-bid conference will not be accepted.
Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by GCT with the IFB. All bids must be received at the Office of the General Manager no later than Wednesday, March 15, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. PST.
