How Are We Doing
1. Wonderful! Your Access drivers are all so good & friendly. And very helpful to the handicapped people. I have the “Subscription Plan” which is another great benefit. Thank you.
2. Four times the bus sent to the wrong pick up places by your staff, even I called and I told them where I am. Oct. 20 waiting time 90 minutes. Oct. 21 waiting time 120 minutes. Oct. 23 waiting time 40 minutes. Oct. 25 bus was late to pick me up so I called Arthur. Told me the bus is outside, so was no bus, I was waiting 4-5 minutes, so was no bus. I can’t stand longer so I sat inside by the window, bus came and made a u turn and she not stopped and left. 80 minutes late for my class. 1:30 pm I called but Arthur sent the bus to wrong place again!!! 45 minutes waiting time again.
3. My hero Santiago: He is a super super driver and a great person. Very kind and friendly, always smiling, yet professional. Carries our shopping cart on and off the bus. Brings our cart right in our house. Answers all our questions and never rushes me. I ride on his bus every Wednesday at 10am. We all love him.
4. I am pleased with gold Coast Transit Access service. I especially like that the agent is able to confirm pick-up and return times immediately when making next day trip reservation. The drivers are courteous, pleasant and helpful, and do their best to pick up during the 20 minute scheduled time period. Juan Chavez is one of your excellent drivers. All in all, I am pleased with the new management company operating Access.
